We do not issue refunds but we will be happy to exchange your purchase or issue you a credit to our online store.
Our exchange policy last for 10 days, If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a credit.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your item was defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable and depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To complete your return, we require your order number and the issue (ie. wrong size, wrong color, damaged) with your purchase sent to email@example.com . Please put your order # and reason for email in the subject line.
